<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily analyze the abnormality of a machine device. SOLUTION: When a discrimination means 13 judges the operation of a transfer machine 1 at the time of sending abnormal data from one of plural machine tools M1 to Mn to a monitor device 10 during the automatic operation of the machine 1, the abnormal data (a) are automatically recorded in an abnormal data recording means 11. On the other hand, abnormal data such as abnormality generated due to operator's misoperation or the like in the stopped state of the means 11 are discriminated by the means 13 because the machine 1 is not in an automatic operation state and displayed on a display device 14 but is not recorded in the means 11. Thus only abnormal data generated during the operation of the machine 1 are recorded in the means 11.</p> |
