The transistor frequency converter consists of a control module which includes two transistor keys. The input of the control module is connected to a high-frequency power generator. The output of the module is loaded through a low-pass filter, while the control input is connected to the control generator. The input of the latter is connected to a reference generator. Unique characteristics: The control system (S) contains a parallel key (T3, D3, T4, D4), made of two bidirectional transistor-diode keys (T3, D3) (T4, D4) coupled in anti-parallel relationship. Their free clamps are connected through a capacitor (C2) and constitute the output (S1wy, S2wy) of the control system (S).
