PURPOSE:To prevent break and crack of a product and to prevent slip-in of a buffering material, by a method wherein a buffering material located between products is dropped through a hole in a jig bottom part when the product is discharged to space the products more away from each other. CONSTITUTION:A hole 7 is bored in a bottom 6 of a groove part 5 in the bottom of a conveying jig 1. One buffering material 9 is located in each of spaces between semiconductor packages 8 within the jig 1, and the package 8 is discharged through the outlet of the jig 1 through operation of a stopper 10 to feed the package to an automatic machine. The buffering body 9 is dropped through a through-hole 7 to space the packages 8 more away from each other, and this prevents the occurrence of break and crack of a product by dint of the buffering material 9 having abundant soft cushion properties, and enables the buffering material 9 from slipping in the automatic machine. |
