PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user recognize time in dark place without limitation in design and save power consumption by constituting a dial plate with a resin material including a light accumulating material. SOLUTION: A dial plate 21 is constituted of a resin material in which a light accumulating material is included. The resin material is constituted of acrylic resin and the like and the light accumulating material is included as particle with diameter of 20μm for between 30 to 40 wt.% in the resin material. Luminous colors of green, blue and red can be selected by selecting the light accumulating materials. Since the energy accumulated in bright atmosphere emits light in dark atmosphere in the dial plate 21, the hands of watch can be seen in the night and no electroluminescence element is necessary to arrange.
