PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between input/output devices by clearly indicating which way in an input/output cache memory the prescribed input/output device uses. SOLUTION: A fixed allocation register 150 is installed in accordance with a way 120 formed of a tag part 121, a valid bit part 122 and a data part 123. In the fixed allocation register 150, the input/output device which is fixedly allocated to the corresponding way is set. Thus, a system is controlled so that replacement does not occur by data on the other input/output device.
