Production of individual portions of frozen vegetables and sauces, with low production losses

Chopped or whole vegetables, after pre-cooking, are mixed with a sauce, both chilled to -4 to +2 deg C before mixing. The mixture is spread out in a layer 5 to 50 mm thick and frozen, possibly in moulds or individual portions.
