PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install an electromagnetic wave absorption body and to reduce the electromagnetic wave barrier of each kind of electronic equipment efficiently by providing the electromagnetic wave absorption body at least in a three-layer structure which is composed by providing first and second sintered ferrite plates with each specific thickness and a dielectric with a specific thickness on the entire surface of a reflection metal plate. SOLUTION: A metal reflection plate 11 is mounted to the entire surface of one surface of a foam concrete plate 7, and an electromagnetic wave absorption body 9 is mounted to the entire portion of the surface. The electromagnetic wave absorption body 9 is of a three-layer structure, where a first sintered ferrite plate 9a with a thickness of approximately 3-7 mm and a second sintered ferrite plate 9b with a thickness of 1-2 mm located at an exposed surface side are laminated via a foam resin plate with a thickness of approximately 20-50 nm or a dielectric 9c, such as an air layer. Ni-Zn is suitable located as first and second sintered ferrite plates, thus easily installing the plates and efficiently reducing the electromagnetic wave barrier for each kind of electronic equipment.
