FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: guarding structure can be used in buildings and other objects, primarily in external walls and partitions, coverings, flooring units, etc. Guarding structure has external layer and internal layer. Located between these two layers is insulating material secured in place by mounting links. Mounting links are made in the form of profiled beams fastened to internal layer. They are connected by strips installed in slots of profiled members. Insulating material is fastened to mounting strips by means of profiled components in the form of slots and protrusions. Ventilation passages are provided between insulating material, internal layer, and mounting links. Aforesaid embodiment of guarding structure allows for reduction of labour intensity in its manufacture, improving its rigidity, operational reliability, and prolonging its service life.
