FIELD: sportsman exercising method. SUBSTANCE: method involves turning of sportsman around his axis and simultaneously moving down and moving his arms from stretched to retracted position, with exercises being performed without displacement from site and fingers describing helical line; turning through 180 deg around sportsman axis in counterclockwise direction combined with vertical downward motion and turning stretched arms in counterclockwise direction; simultaneously drawing arms to his body and turning them in counterclockwise direction, with fingers describing the tore helical line path; performing lever motion and fixing stretched left arm at one point and moving point of right arm while pressing it to sportsman body from vertical to horizontal position of conical surface. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 3 dwg
