PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting of a guiding tool to a person to be examined or a patient by an examiner or an operator, to accurately puncture a needle to an aimed site and to remove the guiding tool from the body surface by leaving the puncture needle. SOLUTION: This guiding tool 10 is provided with a guiding cylinder 11 with a through-hole 12 for an introducing needle and a puncturing needle, a support 17 with a leg part 18 standing in parallel to the guiding cylinder 11, and a beam 23 connecting the guiding cylinder 11 with the support 17. In addition, the support 17 or the leg part 18 has a function changing the length in the axial direction and the beam 2 3 connecting the guiding cylinder 11 with the support 17 is formed integrally into a molded article with a moldable plastic material, etc., through which X-rays permeate when it is irradiated with radiation beam and the guiding cylinder 11 is provided with a holding part being openable/closable in parallel to the through-hole 12 or a holding part being removable so as to remove the guiding tool from the introducing needle and the puncturing needle. |
