PURPOSE: A device for detecting/measuring a leakage is provided into an inner space of an element of an industrial device in order to detect any leakage of liquid, prevents abnormal alarming operation, and detects a leakage irrespective of a characteristic of liquid. CONSTITUTION: Detector bodies(26,27) standardize a chamber(28), and are attached to the elements (8,17,18). A part(32) connects the bodies(26,27) to the elements(8,17,18) in order to make the chamber(18) to be in association with the inner space(8c). Parts(29,37,30b) measure a level of liquid of chamber(28) of the detector(25) without overflow. The parts(29,37,30b) has an electric switch(30b) which is sensitive to a magnetic field of a permanent magnet(37) and to a float(29) made as one body with the permanent magnet(37). The bodies(26,27) can be fixed to a nozzle of a special duct for a nuclear atomic furnace. Thereby, abnormal alarming operation is prevented, and a leakage is detected irrespective of a liquid characteristic.
