PURPOSE: A device for managing information and a recording medium is provided to form the third discriminant information simply and quickly by making the third discriminant information to be formed at the network. The device and the medium also provides the double booking to be prevented inside the network by allowing the temporary ID to be recognized as an event ID. CONSTITUTION: A device and a medium comprises a step of the controller(11) making temporary ID for recognizing the booking information temporarily at the IRD(1) as a record ID among the object ID(S41), and a step of the controller(11) selecting the record ID corresponding to the event by selecting one event among the events recorded at the RSB(51)(S42). The device and the medium further comprises a step of the controller determining whether the temporary ID and the record ID are identical(S43) and a step of the controller determining whether all the events are selected or not. Finally, a step of the controller forming the object ID(S45).
