PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin compositions having excellent uniform wall thickness and property balance and capable of effecting thin-walled thermoforming and further excellent in solvent resistance or chemical resistance as well. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin compositions comprise (A) 10-90 pts.wt. rubber-containing graft polymer obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber-like polymer having a gel content of 40-90 wt.% with a graft density of the polymer grafted onto the rubber-like polymer in the rubber-containing polymer being 1-15 and (B) 90-10 pts.wt. hard copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and, if necessary, another copolymerizable monomer.
