PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the integrated water activator in a pipeline capable of being easily mounted by anybody without a special tool, without need for large- scale work and capable of being attached or detached through one action without causing repulsion between magnetic poles. SOLUTION: A polygonal band ring member 1 made of a spring steel sheet has an opening foam 5 at a part to be attached or detached to and from a water pipeline and plural permanent magnets 2 are provided on its inner face. In the member 1, a resin coating film 3 is bonded by fusing and a hole 4 is furnished to adjust the opening strength of the opening foam 5.
