PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle fusion-cutting device which prevents the hooking of the fusion-cutting dust sticking to the front end of an injection needle with other portions when removing the injection needle after fusion- cutting and has high reliability and operability. SOLUTION: Prescribed voltage is impressed between a roller electrode 6 and roller electrodes 7 and 8. When the inserted injection needle shorts the roller electrode 6 and the roller electrode 7, large current flows to the injection needle and the injection needle is dissolved by the heat generated at this time. The injection needle is successively dissolved from its front end side by successively inserting the injection needle. The remaining injection needle is removed after the end of the fusion-cutting. In such a case, the fusion-cutting dust sticking to the front end of the injection needle shorts the roller electrode 6 and the roller electrode 8 and is similarly dissolved. Then, the front end of the injection needle is converged and the hooking thereof with the other portions does not occur. |
