PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly damp earthquake force by providing separately an isolator pile having a function as an isolator and a damper pile for absorbing earthquake input energy in which horizontal rigidity in an elastic region is larger than the isolator pile by supporting the vertical force of a structure and lessening the horizontal force. SOLUTION: A damper pile 4 is provided separately from an isolator pile 3, and the horizontal rigidity of the pile 3 supporting an upper structure 1 is lessened to have restoration force. As the result, aseismic base isolation effect is given to the pile 3 combined with the pile 4, and input earthquake energy is remarkably reduced. At the same time, the horizontal force and bending moment acting on a pile head from the structure are reduced. When a rotation wing 7 is provided on the edge of a rotation press-in steel pipe pile being the pile 3, large edge support force is displayed. The shaft diameter of the pile 3 is made small by using it to lessen the horizontal rigidity. Thereby the safety of a building is improved, and the structure of a short construction period and a low cost can be realized.
