PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving operability of a vehicle by arranging a driving operation means for operating a driving function of the vehicle in the armrest parts in a vehicular seat having the seat part for seating a driver, the seat back part arranged in the rear of the seat part and the armrest part arranged in one of the left and right of the seat part. SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 1 of a forklift has the seat part 10 for seating a driver, the seat back part 2 arranged in the rear of the seat part and the armrest parts 3, 4 arranged on the left and right of the seat part 10. A driving operation means 5 is arranged in one armrest part 3. A cargo handling operation means 6 is arranged in the other armrest part 4. A steering wheel 51, a changeover switch 52 for switching the advancing direction of a vehicle and a horn button 53 are cited as the driving operation means 5. While, the cargo handling operation means 6 is composed of two operation levers 61, 62, and is arranged to respectively control a lift cylinder for lifting a fork of the forklift and a tilt cylinder for tilting the fork.
