发明名称 METHOD OF REMOVING MOLYBDENUM IN SOLUTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove copper and molybdenum in solution containing copper and molybdenum simultaneously and at a low cost by holding pH of the solution at a prescribed value or less and separating the formed deposit after adding sulfite to the solution. SOLUTION: In this method of removing molybdenum together with copper in solution, after sulfite is added to the solution containing copper as well as molybdenum under conditions of pH 5 or less, preferably, pH 3 or less, pH of the solution is held at 9 or less, preferably between 5 and 9, and the formed deposit is separated. This method has the advantage that treatment such as filtration after that is made easy, since pH of the solution after the addition of the sulfite may be left as it is at 5 or less, or if necessary, pH may be adjusted to near the neutral point. As a method of adjusting pH, a method where mineral acids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid or alkalis such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are added is adopted. As for separation of deposit, other methods such as settling separation as well as filter separation are suitably adopted.
