PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide warm water washing closet seat device with possibility of monitoring the no-load burning condition of a warm wind unit by sensing the internal temp. of the warm wind unit in the standby condition, preventing blowing-out of a high-temp. wind without resorting to a thermal fuse so that frequent maintenance and inspection of such a thermal fuse are eliminated, and ensuring good convenience in use. SOLUTION: When inside a warm wind unit 50 is in no-load burning condition judged by a control part 58 according to the sensing results of temp. sensors 55 and 73 in case the unit 50 is in standby mode, the control part 58 controls so that at least the ones 52 and 71 of the warm wind motors 52 and 71 and warm wind heaters 53 and 72 can not be actuated even if an actuate order for the unit 50 is given while it 50 is in service. Blowing-out of a high temp. wind resulting from no-load burning is precluded without resorting to any thermal fuse.
