发明名称 FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM OF IN-CYLINDER DIRECT FUEL INJECTION TYPE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the fuel leak from a seal part by preventing the drop of the seal property of a rubber O ring combining an injector with a delivery pipe caused by the deformation of the delivery pipe in response to the increase of fuel pressure and a relative position change (the shift of an axis) between the injector and delivery pipe by the thermal expansion difference caused by the temperature difference between the delivery pipe and cylinder head. SOLUTION: The delivery pipe 1 of the fuel supply system to an injector 4 is divided per each injector 4 or per plural injectors 4 and each part of the divided delivery pipes 11, 12 is connected by a flexible structure having the fuel flow passage diameter of the connection part with nearly same diameter as the fuel flow passage diameter of the delivery pipe 1. Thereby, the bent of the delivery pipe 1 of the fuel supply system by a fuel pressure can be dispersed to a small bent and absorbed at the connection part and also as the volume of the fuel supply system becomes a big volume connected without the squeeze of each part of the delivery pipe, the stable pressure with nearly no change can be kept, even in the case of the fuel injection. Therefore, the fuel leak from a fuel seal part can be prevented.
