PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition excellent in incombustibility, impact resistance, heat resistance and fatigue resistance, and also to provide a molded article produced by melt molding. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 80-96 wt.% aromatic polycarbonte resin, (B) 3-12 wt.% phosphoric acid-based flame retardant and (C) 1-8 wt.% acrylate-based graft copolymer comprising 50-75 pts.wt. rubber latex core containing 60-90 wt.% alkyl acrylate and 10-40 wt.% butadiene and 25-50 pts.wt. shell formed by one-or multistage graft copolymerization with at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic monovinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound and a methacrylic ester and having <=3.5 kgf/cm2 tablet hardness.
