PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long ladder which can be easily transported and installed. SOLUTION: This self-traveling ladder 1 is provided with a self-traveling base machine 10, and a telescopic ladder main body 30 fixed to a tip of a movable arm 17 of the base machine 10. The ladder main body 30 has a plurality of steps, and a first step part 31 of the ladder main body 30 is fixed to the arm 17. Moreover, optionally two step parts of the ladder main body 30 which are continued can be at an upper step part of the two step parts lifted up and down along a strut of a lower step part of the two step parts.
