A method of reducing levels of toxins or harmful substances in bodily fluids or tissue of a subject which includes: administering to the subject at least one glucose electrolyte solution on a regular basis; and immersing the body of the subject in hot water bath containing at least approximately 200 g alkaline earth metal salt for a period of at least approximately 15 minutes on a regular basis. |
