PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out both the attaching and detaching of a faucet to and from a top plate by a simple work in a short time. SOLUTION: The attaching structure of a faucet is composed of a cylindrical inserting member 13 which is attached to the bottom of a faucet body 12 and has a pair of engaging grooves 16, 16 notched on its outer periphery; an attaching member 4 which is inserted through the attaching hole 2 of a roof 1 and is fixed to the roof 1 by threadedly engaging a fixing nut 3 on an external thread 8 formed on an upper periphery, and is drilledly provided with a pair of locking holes 10, 10 on the outer periphery of a cylindrical part 9 formed in the lower party of the external thread, and has an inserted member 13 inserted in a support hole 6 drilled longitudinally; and an engaging member 20 which is detachably held in an annular hole 7 opened in the lower part of the attaching member 4 and has an engaging claw to engage in the engaging groove 16 of the inserted member 13 and the locking hole 10 of the attaching member 4. The attaching and detaching of the faucet body 12 to the attaching member 4 can be carried out by the operation of the engaging member 20.
