PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer multiple discs in a unit time by installing at least three rotary machines in a table and providing a first handler mounting a disc to the rotary machine in a predetermined position and a second handler removing the disc from the rotary machine in another predetermined position. SOLUTION: In a disc transferring device attached to a processing device for machining and inspecting a disc D such as a hard disc, a round disc type table 1 turned by means of a motor 3 is arranged, while in the front surface of the table 1, three rotary machines 4, in each of which a disc clamping machine 5 is arranged in an output shaft of the motor 5, are installed at equal angle intervals of 120 degrees. In the circumference of the table 1, a first handler 11 mounting the disc D to the rotary machine 4, a second handler 12 removing the disc D from the rotary machine 4, and a laser beam irradiator 26 irradiating laser beams to the disc D are arranged at equal angle intervals of 120 degrees. Each of the handlers 11, 12 is constructed by arranging a chuck having fingers 18, 19 in a long arm 17.
