WIRING FIXATION TAPE FOR CONFIRMING LAYING POSITION OF GAS TUBE MADE OF POLYETHYLENE AND PREPARATION OF FILM FOR TAPE USING POLYETHYLENE GAS-TUBE WASTE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring fixation tape for confirming the laying position of a gas tube made of polyethylene to make effective use of polyethylene gas- tube waste materials. SOLUTION: This wiring fixation tape for confirming the laying position of a gas tube made of polyethylene is prepared by forming an adhesive layer on one side of a tape prepared by molding a mixture of polyethylene gas-tube waste materials and a low-density polyethylene. Here, the low-density polyethylene content in the mixture is from 2 to 20 wt.%. A preparation process of a film for tapes using polyethylene gas-tube waste materials is a process wherein a mixture of polyethylene gas-tube waste materials and a low-density polyethylene is molded into a film through blown-film extrusion. Here, the mixture is molded into a film so that a film having a thickness of about 80μm exerts an Elmendorf tear strength (TRMD) in the take-off direction of from 5 to 30% of the tear strength (TRTD) in the direction vertical to the take-off direction.
