METHOD FOR REDUCING AND MODIFYING DRINKING LIQUID AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING REDUCED DRINKING LIQUID AND SUB-MADE SOLUTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for reducing and modifying drinking liquid and a device for generating reduced drinking liquid and a sub-made solution thereof are provided which modify plant juice and sports drink into reduced liquid being good for health and having improved oxidation reduction potential. CONSTITUTION: The method is performed by passing drinking liquid contained in a storing container through an electric charge moving tank comprising a negative chamber having a negative electrode, an ion-permeable diaphragm and a positive chamber having a positive electrode and simultaneously allowing direct voltage between the negative electrode and the positive electrode and throwing up the reduced drinking liquid from the negative chamber, wherein the sub-made solution for skin-activating liquid is thrown up from the positive chamber. The device(1) comprises: (i) a storage container(2); (ii) a strainer block(3); (iii) a passage(3); (iv) a conductivity sensor(5); (v) an electronic valve which becomes open when an electric current runs; (vi) an electric charge moving tank(7); (viii) a drain cock(13); (ix) a throwing up hole(17); (x) a control circuit(18); (xi) an electric current direction displayer(19); and (xi) a filter(24).
