PURPOSE: A method for disposing waste water using mud microorganisms is provided to clean the river with a process activating the mud microorganisms, by continually ventilating the mud microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for disposing waste water using mud microorganisms comprises the steps of: previously cultivating fungi which are a basic component of the mud microorganisms; throwing a moderate microorganism to mud, by composing the moderate microorganism to a pollutant, by confirming the pollutant of a waste water disposal; throwing the mud microorganism including are ella vulgris and beggiato alga, which are previously adapted to an environmental condition of a first aerated tank(1); depositing the group of microorganism for 2 to 8 hours by stopping the aeration, after aeration the waste water for 10 to 24 hours to the first aerated tank(1); depositing the microorganisms for 2 to 8 hours by stopping the aeration, after aeration for 10 to 24 hours by moving an upper part of the water of the first aerated tank(1), after throwing the little large of mud microorganism including aspidistra tuttida, euplotes haron cultivated to adapt in an environmental condition of a second aerated tank(2); discharging rising water only, after aeration for 1 to 4 hours, after the upper part of the water, ready in the second aeration tank(2), is moved to a third aeration tank(3), after operating the upper part of the water for 8 to 24 hours, by throwing the large group of the mud microorganism including opercularia glomerata, callidna vorax cultivated in the third aerated tank(3).
