PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize energy saving without giving unpleasant feeling to a user in order to reduce power consumption in a state where electric supply quantity to a stool seat is not varied. SOLUTION: A stool device is equipped with a stool 83; a stool seat 81 mounted on the stool; a stool seat heater H1 to warm the stool seat; a rotatable stool cover 82; a human body detecting senser S for detecting a human body; and a stool cover opening-closing senser means 200 for detecting the opening and closing of the stool cover. After a fixed preset time elapses in succession to the nondetection of the human body detected by the human body detecting senser, when the opened state of the stool is detected, a provided controller controls so as to give an alarm from an alarm device.
