PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new upside-down reversing device for reversing a wood plate material upside down. SOLUTION: This device includes a conveyor 3 having endless annular members 7 including a belt, a chain and the like wound on a conveyor wheel 5, wherein a guide means 11 is arranged outward of a circular arc portion 9 of the endless annular member, formed by the endless annular member in a circular arc form along the outer periphery of the conveyor wheel, to pass a wood plate material 1 fed onto the conveyor between the guide means and the circular arc portion without rolling. In this way, the wood plate material can be reversed upside down.
