<p>PURPOSE: A ruler preventing a position from moving and smoothly slips when moving from one position to the other position is provided. CONSTITUTION: A ruler is placed on the surface of a sheet and a spring member(4) is pressed for projecting a slip preventing member(11) by the end of a finger. Therefore, the ruler is surely placed on the surface of the sheet and fixed when power puts to the edge of the ruler. Then, the slip preventing member turns back to the initial state by releasing pressed power and the ruler smoothly moves from one position to the other position.</p> |
