PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an actuator for fixing device exclusive use by the interlocking operation of a feed mechanism and fixing a pallet. SOLUTION: In a multistory parking space facility provided with parking rooms 15 of the side of a plurality of stories between the lifting and lowering space of the lifting and lowering base 13 of an elevator and providing on the lifting and lowering base 13 a feed mechanism for moving a pallet 6 by the revolution of a feed roller 21 sideward and performing the transfer of the pallet 6 between the lifting and lowering base 13 and the parking room 15, a moving roller 24 fixing a locking piece 26 on the pallet 6, moved to the side of the parking room 15 at the time of the transfer of the pallet 6 to support the pallet 6 and returned to a housing position after the transfer completion of the pallet 6 and a stopper arm 27 abutted on the locking piece 26 by interlocking with return operation for the housing position of the moving roller 24, fixing the pallet 6 at a prescribed loading position and releasing the fixing of the pallet 6 by interlocking with movement operation for the side of the parking room 15 of the moving roller 24 are provided on the lifting and lowering base 13. |
