PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily more a textile printing form mounting a squeegee implement with a supplementary grip by holding a textile printing form raising grip, moving the grip from left to right, and aligning and uniting a retaining uniting bar with a certain textile printing form lifting fitment at a textile printing starting point of a textile printing base. SOLUTION: The textile printing form raising grip 11 is pressed down by a left hand, a textile printing form raising fitment 15 is simultaneously raised, and a textile printing form 20 is raised at its upper part. Then, a left side of its lower part tends to be floated, and is located along at a side face of he lower part at its right side end. A lower part squeegee block stop 16 if a left side frame is gripped by a right hand, and a stopper 18 is raised to a height flying over a point 17. The guiding machine and the form 20 are moved to the right together. When the stopper 18 flies over the point 17, the stop 16 is moved until the stop 16 is brought into contact with next point 17 while pressing down the stop 16. Thus, the movement of the form mounting the squeegee implement with a supplementary grip is facilitated.
