PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence element is provided to guarantee a high brightness and a stable red luminescence by providing an organic layer containing a disterile compound. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence element comprises a luminescence area and an organic layer containing an organic material. The organic electroluminescence element is located between a positive pole and a negative pole. The organic material luminesces by applying an electricity. The organic luminescence material of the organic layer contains a disterile compound represented by a predetermined chemical formula. The organic layer have an organic accumulated structure.
