PURPOSE: An improved power tool is provided to fasten or unfasten a bolt prepared with a nut and a washer, improved more than the existing one. CONSTITUTION: A power tool has a driving device consisted of a water pressure driving device for rotating a driving plate(2) while a piston is displaced in the water pressure cylinder. In addition, the tool has a housing vertically extended to the shaft line of a bolt which accepts the driving plate prepared with a water pressure driving device(1) and a ratchet(3). Herein, the power tool is used for fastening or unfastening a spiral connecting structure including the bolt(5) extended through two parts, P1 and P2.
