PURPOSE: A double sealed isolation valve is provided to distribute contents from storage containers and to supply a valve assembly to prevent leakage. CONSTITUTION: A double sealed isolation valve(10) is made up of: a working knob(11); an outlet(12); a pressure reducing valve(12a); and a double seal unit(13) connecting the valve(10) to a cylinder(100). The double seal unit includes a valve flange(14), a male screw unit(15) for a valve and a seal gasket(16). The valve flange has the outer circumference extended larger than the size of the male screw unit(15). The gasket is compressed to obtain a second seal unit as the gasket is locked between the flange and the cylinder faces(18,19). The second seal unit seals the contact between the gasket and the flange face(18) or the cylinder face(19). Thereby, the second seal unit improves the seal between male and female screw units(15,17) with a supplementary unit such as a tape dope.
