PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a sheet body superimposed to an elastic body in a container with an applying appliance which can not only directly applying contained liquid housed in the container from the container but can also spread the contained liquid by an applying surface, can also pressurize-massage by the applying surface and can be also used by taking the contained liquid to one's hand at need. SOLUTION: A discharging port 6 is provided at the top surface of an inner cap 4 covering a bottle mouth 3, plural projections 7 are provided on the top surface of the inner cap 4 surrounding the mouth 6, and the elastic body 8 is fixed between the projections. Then, a liquid-permeable sheet body 9 for improving touch is superimposed to the surface of the body 8 and the surrounding of the body 9 is insert-held and fixed between a fixed member 10 fixed by the inner cap main body 4 and the inner cap main body 4. |
