PURPOSE: A rubber composition is provided to present increased electric conductivity, to give improved hysteretic and physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A vulcanizing rubber composition comprises carbon black having silica fixed on the surface as a major reinforcing filler, and a functionalized diene polymer containing a polysiloxane block, having a silanol end or a functional group on a chain end, and a modified diene polymer according to the chain by the silanol function. The polysiloxane block has the silanol end of a formula £-(SiR1R2O)x-H|. In the formula, R1 and R2 are the same or different, are alkyl groups of carbon water 1 to 8, and x is an integral number of 1 or to 1500 extent.
