PURPOSE: A communication control method and transmission apparatus are provided make the communication state good between stations, in the case of constructing a network system in a plurality of stations by wireless. CONSTITUTION: At least one communication station is equipped with a plurality of antennas having directional property, and the communication station having these plurality of antennas judges a communication station where a wireless signal is transmitted next time. An optimum antenna communicating with the communication station is judged on the basis of the state when the signal was received in the past from the judged communication station, and a wireless communication is performed using the judged antenna. A transmission apparatus(100) is equipped with: a plurality of antennas(111-116) having directional property and being accessed selectively to a transmission processor performing a wireless communication with other communication station in a network; a memory unit(102) memorizing the information of the optimum antenna; and a control unit(101) selecting the optimum antenna in the memorized information of the memory.
