PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and constantly generate negative ions to be acted on a human body with a low cost, to improve the natural healing power by activating the metabolism of the human body and to promote the health and beauty by controlling an amount of negative ions generated from a sheet body composed mainly of silicone to be above a predetermined value. SOLUTION: A beauty sheet body 1 is formed by punching a sheet made of silicone rubber into a predetermined shape. This silicone rubber is the rubber synthetized from, for example, dimethyl siloxane, and composed mainly of silicone. An amount of negative ions radiated from the sheet body 1 is at least above 50/cc under an environment of 20 deg.C and 30% of humidity. The generation amount is changed corresponding to the temperature and humidity, and the generation amount is increased in accordance with the increase of the temperature and humidity. The sheet body 1 is used by attaching to, for example, a lower part of both eyes 3a, or both sides of a mouth 3b. Whereby a surface temperature of the skin is increased, and the fine wrinkles on the attached part can be reduced.
