PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper device improved in tensile resistance with combination of viscous body of large attenuation performance with a coating member, causing neither breakage nor permanent distorsion of viscous body even under fluctuation of temperature, and to secures specified vibration control effect, while decreasing temperature dependency in shearing rigidity and attenuation performance. SOLUTION: A rigid plate member 1 can be connected to one of opposed portions of structural frames. Rigid plate members 2, 2 can be connected to the other of the opposed portions and are arranged parallely to its axial direction or substantially parallely thereto. Viscous body 3 having large attanuation performance is arranged between the plate member 1 and the plate members 2, 2, for adhesion. The viscous body 3 is coated with foamed polyurethane excellent in tensile resistance, heat resistance and heat isolation.
