PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust especially the spring force of a spring in a damper device. SOLUTION: This damper device 10 is equipped with a case 40, a shaft 50, a spring and viscous fluid. Either of at least two claw parts 140, 160 is arranged respectively between the case 40 and the shaft 50. The two claw parts 140 and 160 allow the rotation of the shaft 50 in the other direction opposite to one direction, and when the shaft 50 is rotated in the other direction, the two claw parts 140 and 160 are engaged with each other and receive the rotational force of the spring every fixed angle (for example, 180 deg.).
