PURPOSE: A mobile device for automatic producing a recycled chip of a pet bottle is provided to minimize a facility cost as reducing time and cost without additional establishment space by enabling to produce a recycled chip of a pet bottle after collecting or while collecting pet bottles. CONSTITUTION: A mobile production device of a recycled chip of a pet bottle is established in a female roll box(2) established to be unloaded at a load unit(1) of a vehicle. An upper part and a side part of the box(2) are closed as a box shape to protect an automating device of a production of the recycled chip, an opening/closing door(3) is established at the rear side to make it easier when compensating error by collecting pet bottles. A bucket conveyor(11) for transporting one by one by laying pet bottles stored is established at a front face of a storage hopper(10). Also, an alignment device(20) is established at the side where a push(16) pushes. The alignment device(20) is composed of a rotation plate rotated by a motor(21), a guide plate(23) for preventing a separation of pet bottles at both sides of the rotation plate, a guide rail(24) for guiding so the pet bottles as not to be separated to front/back in a rotation diameter of the rotation plate. Also, at both sides of the guide plate(23), a micro switch(25) for sensing the direction of pet bottles is established. By the constitution, if the pet bottles are flowed into the rotation plate by the push(16), the micro switch(25) established at both guide plates(23) arranges to a specific direction by sensing the direction of pet bottles. |
