PURPOSE: An improved distributor is provided, for controlling a force applied and a position accurately as arranging in a small form due to a simple installation structure, which is economic due to a simple production method. CONSTITUTION: A distributor(1) includes a cylindrical small body(2). The distributor(1) also includes a first ring shaped pipe(3) and a second ring shaped pipe(5) communicated with a single operator cylinder(6), and the cylinder(6) elevates a hoist arm. A command for elevating the hoist arm by the cylinder(6) is provided by a slider(16) having an end head(17) projected from the body(2). The slider(16) includes a neutral position(N) movable upward or downward so the cylinder(6) as to be installed and taken off, and according to that, the slider elevates the hoist arm.
