PURPOSE: A heat-adhesive composition and an adhesive sheet thereof are provided, which are non-viscous and stable at room temperature, and show the strong adhesion and the excellent heat-resistance by heating for a short period at low pressure. CONSTITUTION: A heat-adhesive composition comprises the non-viscous polymer which is produced from (a) 70-100 wt% of a (math)acrylic acid ester represented by the formula 1 (The glass transition temperature of the polymer of the compound is more than -30°C.) and (b) 0-30 wt% of a monoethylene-type unsaturated monomer capable of copolymerizing with the (meth)acrylic acid ester. In the formula 1, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 represents a methylene group, an ethylene group or a propylene group, n represents an integer of 1-3, and phi represents a phenyl group, a monoalkyl-substituted phenyl group or dialkyl-substituted phenyl group. The non-viscous polymer is produced by radiation.
