PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a bathtub which cleans hot water by being put into the bathtub, removes the foreign matter included in the hot water and provides health promotion. SOLUTION: This container for the bathtub consists of medicine effect agents 3 on which medicine effect components are deposited and a container body 2 which exchangeably houses these medicine effect agents 3 and is provided with holes 2s, 2f, 2g, etc., through which the hot water in the bathtub puts in and out. The medicine effect agents 3 are housed into the container body 2 and the container body is put into the bathtub. The medicine effect agents 3 clean the hot water in the bathtub by the medicine effect components, remove the foreign matter included in the hot water and promote the health of a bathing person.
