摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A glass substrate coated with anti-charge film containing organic polymer and its fabrication method, and the coating solution are provided. The anti-charging film thereof has a number of fine pores with which the first film and second film has strong adhesive forces each other, resulting in good conducting films. CONSTITUTION: The film(20) comprises of 2 films; The first film(21) is made of a conducting organic polymer on glass substrate and the second film(22) is formed by coating silica on the first film. The first film is comprised of 0.005-0.5 wt.% of polyethylenedioxythiophene with dopant of polystyrenesulphonate, and can be formed by coating conducting organic solution with silicon alkoxide of less than 10 wt%. The solution may contain at least one alcohol of 40-90 wt% selected from methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol and 5-70 wt% of pure water and at least one common solvent of 1-20wt% selected from compound of pure water and carbonyl group, and ether.</p>
