PURPOSE: A control method of last memory in television is provided to prevent power consumption due to automatic TV ON by a last memory during user's out, and to enhance convenience by freely setting a return mode to user's wants. CONSTITUTION: A control method of last memory in television comprises a step detecting whether a power(80) is shielded in TV ON, a step storing the status information of the TV in an EEPROM(electrically erasable programmable read only memory), a step determining a preset return mode, a step converting to a standby mode without power ON, and a step making TV power into ON. The TV is operated by a consumable charge power parallel connected to the main power if the main power is shielded.
