PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a manufacturing cost, improve productivity, and enable reuse of a scrap by forming a mounting base by compressing a foam compact integrally molded with a seal portion formed from a thermoplastic elastomer foaming body. SOLUTION: A seal portion 5 and a foam compact 10 for forming a mounting base are extruded by an extruder 11, and are integrally molded with a thermoplastic elastomer foaming body. The compact 10 is compressed by rotating a roller 8 around a transverse shaft core orthogonal to the extruding direction to form a mounting base 7. Resin clips are respectively inserted into a plurality of through holes formed in the mounting base 7 longitudinally with a given interval. The clips grab the mounting base 7 by forming a circular flange spaced from a head portion formed on one side of a clip body, and are elastically engaged with a flange connecting hole on the opening end of a car body. This lowers a manufacturing cost, improves productivity, enables reuse of a scrap, and can contribute to environmental protection. |
