PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely position batters by providing a protruded part having an evenly erected part at the whole breadthwise direction in a runner attached along the outside of the lower end of a set-up sheathing board. SOLUTION: A runner made of a belt-like plate attached along the outside of the lower end part of a sheathing board set up is provided. The runner base plate 1 of the runner is constituted of basal parts 11, 11 and a protruded part 12, and the protruded part 12 is formed of an evenly erected part in the whole breadthwise direction against the lengthwise direction by a press work. It is preferable that the protruded part 12 has a trapezoidal or triangle form in the lengthwise section. A steel pipe 2 is put on the protrusion part 12 and fitted thereto, and batters supporting the sheathing board of the concrete form are assembled in the longitudinal and lateral directions. Accordingly, the maximum outer diameter of the erected part can be made at the full width of the belt-like plate and since the steel pipe 2 put thereon is closely stuck and fitted, no play arises in all directions and hence, the batters can be securely positioned.
